Clarimento- El Corozo Dwaft Bourbon Honey - Santa Ana, El Salvador- 100g

Clarimento is a really good roaster from South Korea that's just starting to get some popularity in the US. Korea has some interesting sourcers and Clarimento's catalog, which on the smaller side, is full of interesting lots. Their roasting is similar to John Small (on the light end of the Korean spectrum if that makes sense).

I've always been a fan of honey processed coffees from El Salvador. This is a very cozy coffee that's great for fall!
