They have a pretty great line up right now, and we are excited for all of these! Alo naturals are always killer and they have some great lots from them. We are very excited to try this Sophia Auction lot. Their coffees have been difficult to snag this year due to low harvests in Panama, so we jump on any chance to score a bag!

Roast Profile: Light! Coffee from this farm has been some of the funkiest, wildest coffee I have ever had. Good for meet ups or putting clean washed coffee enjoyers into a coma.

Jokes aside, this farm is probably the best example of a liberica that you can get. I find value in trying all sorts of kinds of coffee and this truly is a unique one that is worth trying once. And some people end up loving it. I've brewed many iterations of this coffee from the same producer for lots of people and opinions are all over the place on it. Even the people that didn't enjoy it were happy to have tried it.

Tasting Notes: Stevia Sweet, Berries, Rum, Hint of Jackfruit, Caramelized

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0858/4092/0865/files/IMG_9004_bd74d855-d2e9-4c3e-acab-d1f38aa24ffa.jpg?v=1792581716
