The farm is located on ridges along the edge of the Ngorongoro caldera, a giant 2,000 foot deep and 10+ mile wide crater formed by a collapsed ancient volcano. The farm has been in the Vohora family for over 50 years and is currently run by Neel and Kavita Vohora. Despite being an older farm, they continue to innovate and experiment with new varieties and processes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis coffee is identifiable as a Gesha but the profile has been shifted from the way it has been processed. There is a 4 day held-in-cherry stage to the process that emphasizes the rose and dark stone fruit notes, similar to held-in-cherry Colombian coffee like some pink bourbons. Finally, the aroma finishes with a cherry blossom-like florality and marzipan sweetness.
