Archers - Cerro Azul Semi Washed Gesha - Trujilo, Colombia - 100g

Archers started in 2018 with the initial goal to address longstanding challenges in the UAE specialty coffee scene, specifically regarding specialty coffee education, raw material availability, and green and roasted coffee quality. They’ve since grown into one of the highest volume specialty coffee roasters in the world. Their wholesale list is genuinely overwhelming and we’ve selected a few of the best coffees that they have available to showcase here. Our selections were based on insight from the roasters, as well as consumers in the UAE. Their roasting is very good considering the volume that they move.

This lot from Cerro Azul has been making it's rounds through some great roasters around Asia and I have heard great things from all of them. I missed out on this one from a few other roasters I worked with, so I'm happy to be bringing it in for this drop! It isn't washed but is still very clean. Similar to the semi washed gesha from Wilder Lazo.
