Aery is run by the 2025 Barista champion (WBC finalist 5th place) Junghwan Lim. Their coffee is lighter than both Sunho and John Small, so possibly the lightest roaster in Korea (or at least the lightest we've found so far!). Not super light, but not roasty unless you push it hard. This will be the lightest roaster from this drop, so maybe moving a bit away from the \"Korean Light\" description. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy did we bring this coffee on?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003eThe coffee we are introducing today is a Catuai from the ROLA plot, grown at 1,750 meters above sea level.
